Receiving a licence from a TSG affiliate

Although our normal business model is for a TSG customer to purchase a licence directly from the TSG shopping cart, there may be occasions when a licence is acquired through an partner/affiliate.   Here’s what to do.

  1. The affiliate will provide you with a Licence ID and activation password.
  1. Open your web browser on the Customer License Portal and create a new account.   Here’s a link to the portal:

·         Keep a record of your customer ID and login password once you have created the account.

  1. Once logged in, click the tab named Product Registration.

·         Fill in the License ID and Password fields with the items from step 1, then click Find and Register.   The licence server should find the licence and put it in your name.

  1. At this point you should see a Download button.   (Alternatively, click the Downloads tab in the License Portal.)   Click it to retrieve the TSG setup program.
  1. Proceed with TSG installation and licence activation.
