For the more adventure-driven Critterpedian, AR technology gamifies this Shazam for Animals, bringing real-life critters into the metaverse, encouraging outdoor play, inspiring imagination, educating about wildlife, and creating lifelong positive mindsets toward the environment.

Via user participation, Critterpedia will collect crowdsourced data, connecting with biosecurity departments and research institutions to serve an underlying purpose, of aiding in the preservation of biodiversity.
