Sustain Crete
Concrete is responsible for 8% of global emissions – equal to the pollution from 300 million European cars – making it one of the world’s most pressing climate challenges.
Our innovation tackles this head-on: a new construction material made from waste that reduces carbon emissions by 85% compared to traditional cement. It captures and permanently stores CO₂ using special additives and continues absorbing carbon even after installation. With a CO₂ absorption rate of 7% versus 2.5% in current alternatives, it offers a step-change in performance. This breakthrough makes buildings more sustainable and accelerates the shift toward a cleaner future.
