Spark
Loneliness is a global public health epidemic, with 1 in 3 Australians currently reporting that they feel lonely. We live in environments that make it hard to make and sustain meaningful connections. Spark was born from an academic community collaboration that has evolved into a social venture with a mission to inspire and empower communities to take action against loneliness.
We do this by co-creating social environments, activities and groups with and for communities, which are community led and evidence-based. We aim to reduce stigma, create a cultural of connection, and believe that each small action can ignite big change.
