We have developed a method to identify specific protein forms in blood, which can serve as biomarkers. This approach enables us to create a disease-specific fingerprint, with a current focus on Parkinson’s disease (PD). Our goal is to integrate this method into the existing array of common blood tests, ensuring it is user-friendly and allows for easy acquisition of results. This will facilitate early diagnosis, patient stratification, and monitoring of disease progression. Additionally, we seek to collaborate with a pharmaceutical company to assess treatment efficacy during clinical trials.
