Every 11 minutes, childhood dementia claims a life. More than 100 rare genetic conditions can lead to this devastating condition, but only 5% have approved treatments, and none offer a cure. Current care focuses mainly on symptom management.

Without effective treatments, children will gradually lose their ability to talk, walk, play, and remember. Our life-saving gene therapy platform targets the root cause of these diseases, aiming to restore brain health and function. Our mission is to bring hope to 700,000 children with dementia, giving them a chance to grow up healthy and live their dreams.
