Our project integrates the Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IoBNT) with machine learning to enhance digital twinning in biotechnology. Using IoBNT devices, we capture detailed biological data, processed by convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to recognize patterns accurately.

Federated learning (FL) enables us to create a unified, privacy-preserving model by combining data from multiple sources without compromising confidentiality. This approach ensures the precise, efficient deployment of digital twins, improving predictive accuracy, operational effectiveness, and decision-making across biotechnology applications. Our technology empowers industries with a reliable tool for advancing research and optimizing biological processes.
