Ethical Supply Chains
Ethical Supply Chains explores how procurement and project managers can make ethical sourcing decisions that uphold human rights and modern slavery standards across construction and infrastructural supply chains. Through around 100 industry interviews, we discovered that the barrier isn’t unwillingness, it’s a lack of visibility, trust and clear tools. Professionals want practical, human-centred solutions that turn policy into transparent, everyday actions. Guided by these insights, we’re co-designing lightweight decision-support tools that build accountability through collaboration, not compliance, helping organisations trace risks, strengthen supplier relationships and make faster, more confident ethical decisions that protect people and value integrity at every stage.
