Cybernetic Studio – Cozzieloops

Cozzieloops systems mapping software and workshops help you understand systemic problems and identify hidden opportunities. Through structured facilitation, we guide groups to uncover conflicting assumptions about how things really work. We have developed a custom software platform for systems mapping and causal loop diagrams as part of our process, but the maps are more than just eye candy – they are collaboration tools. When participants see each other’s perspectives key insights can emerge. Our method helps government agencies and businesses move beyond surface-level agreement to develop real shared understanding that drives meaningful change. Unlike other facilitation methods where slow, laborious manual mapping takes time away from productive conversations, Cozzieloops helps participants determine actionable next steps so they can have agency in helping to address the problem at hand.
