Millions of dollar are loss annually by the aquaculture industry due to infection and water quality management issues.
Well, what we do is designing a smart system that could manage water quality, disinfect the water at any time and provide actionable for the user.
In fact, we have partially developed the product have which is shown to have increased productivity of the farm by 3 times during the field trails. Our project involved the design and development of a real-time sensor based, workflow automation solution, specifically designed for inland aquaculture farm/hatchery operations.
Plasma based, eco-friendly disinfection (DI), is key novel component of our solution. Besides automation and DI operations, the solution it also helps, improve productivity, water quality and in breaking down residual anti-biotics/fertilizers.
