Today’s consumers are demanding more from their snacks, seeking fullness, clean-label ingredients, and meaningful nutrition. In response, we are developing a high-protein, beef-based snack made from second-grade beef, an underutilised resource in the meat industry. This innovative product offers a sustainable, flavourful alternative to traditional carbohydrate-rich snacks, without compromising on taste or texture. Driven by consumer needs and preferences, our formulation supports satiety and aligns with the needs of busy, health-conscious individuals. With strong commercial potential, this snack delivers on both functionality and indulgence, creating value for the processor.
