AI-Ready Workforce

Our research investigates how AI is transforming the workforce across borders, sectors and professions. Through customer discovery with individuals in government, business and education sectors we have identified critical insights into AI adoption patterns, barriers, and opportunities, revealing significant polarisation between enthusiasts and sceptics, fragmented adoption, and tactical rather than transformative usage.

We translate evidence-based insights into actionable guidance for recruitment, education, strategy and policy. Our work addresses fundamental questions around AI’s potential to enhance productivity whilst navigating concerns about job displacement.

We seek to collaborate with industry, research and government partners to inform strategy and policy for an AI-ready workforce.
