AI in Aviation

AI in Aviation (AIiA) spoke with 100 people across airlines, technology partners, and travellers. One message stood out: “Current booking systems feel slow and messy; staff take too long to fix disrupted trips.” Errors in seat and fare data cost money and damage trust. Our team believes AI-enabled system can solve this. Buyers want proof of faster fixes, fewer mistakes, and clear outcomes. Front-line staff want speed, control, and simple explanations. Leaders want rules, audit trails, and privacy.

We will test a new system on one route with one partner. We will use more if it works or not if otherwise.
