This research will make location and/or environment specific evaluations of ecosystem health and temporal stability via a platform of causative models driven by ‘omics derived indicators.
We will describe the environmental drivers of these indicators and enable identification of leverage points to influence environmental outcomes and enable the prediction of management intervention effects.
