Gearing high-throughput collection genomics to production

Our development of lab automation has paved the way to unlocking the genomic information stored in collections.

Modern biodiversity assessment and management require reliable DNA reference sequences for molecular species identification.

Our development of lab automation and digital data processing will enable for the first time the building of cost-efficient, large-scale DNA sequence libraries from vouchered reference collections.

This will unlock the genomic potential of collections and power state-of-the-art biosecurity monitoring, natural resource management, environmental conservation and scientific research by governmental, industrial and philanthropic partners.
