Project description

(Note: In the first part of 2025, the Principals of Countrywide Hydrogen have completed a Management Buyout with parent company ReNu Energy Limited to acquire all its hydrogen assets.)

The project proponent advises that in November 2024, Countrywide Hydrogen partnered with Bell Bay Advanced Manufacturing Zone (BBAMZ) to submit a funding application under the Federal Department of Infrastructure’s Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program.  The funding application sought shared funding for Stage 1.

A 1.1hectare site has been secured under an option lease on Mobil Road alongside the port.

The project proponent advises that further details will be available on receipt of funding advice from BBAMZ, the funding applicant.
