2017 Ningaloo Outlook Symposium – 14th February
The annual Ningaloo Outlook Symposium will take place on Tuesday 14 February 2017 at the Indian Ocean Marine Research Centre in Perth. The meeting will update project stakeholders and researchers on the second year of research from each of the three themes, deep reefs, shallow reefs and tagging as well as providing an important overview of the work the team is doing in the local Exmouth community. Ningaloo Outlook encapsulates three key research themes, deep reefs, shallow reefs and tagging. Building scientific capacity and understanding in the local community is also an integral part of the BHP Billiton – CSIRO research partnership.
