Australian Deputy Ambassador to Vietnam visits Khanh Hoa

Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice-chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee welcomed Andrew Barnes, Australian Deputy Ambassador to Vietnam on April 13.

At the meeting, Andrew Barnes highly appreciated natural conditions in Khanh Hoa and acknowledged several similarities in seafood sector and industrial development between Australia and Khanh Hoa, which is a base for cooperation and investment in science, technology and innovation in Khanh Hoa.

Australia and Khanh Hoa have developed cooperation since 1998 with some exchange activities and investment in agriculture for 17 years. Le Huu Hoang hoped in the coming time, Andrew Barnes would provide a link for Australian businesses to cooperate and invest more in Khanh Hoa, especially in areas of great potential such as Van Phong Bay and Cam Ranh Bay.
