Minister Karen Andrews visiting CSIRO

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Hon Karen Andrews, Minister for Industry, Science and Technology for a tour of our facilities and robots.

The tour included our test facilities for ground, underground, aerial and underwater robots, a view of our legged and tracked robots competing in the DARPA SubTerranean Challenge and a ride in one of our autonomous cars.

The Minister also spoke to CSIRO’s Hydrogen research team and visited CSIRO’s Remote Management Centre, located at the Queensland Centre for Advanced Technologies (QCAT).
