ACRA2020 – Call for Papers
The 2020 Australasian Conference on Robotics and Automation (ACRA) is being jointly organised by the Australian Robotics and Automation Association (ARAA) and CSIRO’s Data61 Robotics and Autonomous Systems Group.
Call for Papers is now open!
ACRA 2020 will continue to bring together researchers, engineers, academics, students, practitioners, organisations and industries to discuss the current state of the art of research and advancement of technology in areas of Robotics and Automation, including (but not limited to):
• Mechatronics systems and design • Vision for Robotics • Field Robotics • Aerial Robotics • Underwater and marine robotics • SLAM • Agricultural robotics • Industrial robots and automation • Service Robotics • Sensors and actuators |
• Control systems • Motion and Path Planning • Healthcare robots • Robots for Search and Rescue • Soft Robotics • Smart materials • Machine Learning for Robotics • Human-machine interaction • Robotics Perception |
Submissions must be original, unpublished work containing new and interesting results that demonstrate current research in all areas relevant to Robotics and Automation.
All full papers submitted to ACRA 2020 will undergo a peer-review process. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers who will give detailed comments. If the submission is accepted, the authors will be required to submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that take into account this feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
Important Dates:
- Submission of full papers by: 15th September 2020 (DEADLINE EXTENDED)
- Notification of acceptance by: 28th October 2020
- Camera-ready submission by: 11th November 2020
