Asset Monitoring

Roadcrack: We have developed an automatic road crack detection vehicle for the Roads and Traffic Authority in NSW, with the aim of gaining a vast improvement in the quantity and the quality of information on cracking in roads and highways.

Corridor Mapping: We have carried out several studies for Powercor Australia Ltd to develop a cost effective airborne image capture and processing system to automatically measure the clearance of trees from powerlines. Power companies in Australia (and many other countries) are required to maintain a regulated clearance space around all powerlines for bushfire mitigation and safety purposes.
