Client Interaction
Because of the complexity of the imaging problems that we tackle, the client often has only loosely defined goals at the beginning of the project. In these cases, a high level of client input is needed during algorithm and software development. We have a number of mechanisms for achieving this, regardless of whether the client is next door or overseas. These include using shared software repositories (where we check in newly developed code and the client checks it out for testing), regular phone hook-ups (for task prioritisation) and frequent written reporting (for progress review and documentation purposes).
Contract Arrangements
We offer flexible commercial arrangements ranging from straight fee-for-service to equity sharing, where practical. We also have flexible Intellectual Property (IP) arrangements.
