Short Bio
Xinlong received the Bachelor degree in software engineering from Northeast University of China in 2010 and the Master of Information Technology from University of New South Wales in 2013.
Xinlong joined Nicta in 2013 and joined CSIRO while the Nicta and CSIRO merge.
