The Verification & Application Team

The activity has focused on managing the file transfer and rechunking for the large ensemble reanalysis. Dougie Squire and Thomas Moore won project support to develop the Pangeo collaboration with local and international partners (NCAR, UKMO). They are organising a session and workshop to be held in conjunction with C3DIS. The activity also welcomes Amanda Black who comes to us from Iowa State University in the United States to commence as a post doc. Carly Tozer initiated the NESP Project on applications of DCFP climate forecasts for Tasmanian sectors.
