CSIRO Quantitative Imaging Plugin

The CSIRO Quantitative Imaging plugin is adds a suite of image processing and analysis operations for the purposes of identifying and quantifying specific features in large 2D and 3D image datasets. Developed by CSIRO’s Quantitative Imaging specialists, the plugin provides access to complicated algorithms that have been developed over many years applicable to domains such as cell analysis, yeast colony analysis and agricultural industries. While not yet publicly available, the plugin has been licensed for use to multiple universities in Australia and overseas, and is deployed in a number of Workspace-based applications including Grainscan and Spotsizer.
