CO2 storage
Carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) is expected to become one of several strategies in the decarbonisation of our industry and power sectors. Building on our extensive expertise in coal seam gas reservoirs, our research considers several aspects of CO2 storage. This includes the assessment of coal as both a potential caprock and a host reservoir for CO2 storage, as well as the impact of CO2 on the integrity of the injection wells.
