The Spark demonstrators are free to download and use under the terms of the CSIRO Binary Software License Agreement v1.0. Users are free to use the Spark demonstrators in accordance with these license terms. The full terms of the license can be found on the CSIRO Data Access Portal. Software license is specific to Spark 1.

Data is publicly available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence. The data set was cropped and re-formatted as compressed GeoTIFF files.
- Land classification data sets derived from Department of Agriculture and Water Resources (ABARES) Land Use of Australia 2010-11 data set (http://data.daff.gov.au/anrdl/metadata_files/pb_luav5g9abll20160704.xml). Data is publicly available under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia Licence. The data set was cropped and re-formatted as compressed GeoTIFF files.
With development of Spark 2, it should be noted that development, support and future commercial licensing for Spark 1 has ceased.
