RoboCup Jr 2021- Team CSIRO Data61 DARPA robots exciting the upcoming robotics workforce

On Saturday 9 October and Sunday 10 October, our team took our DARPA Robots to meet an enthusiastic crowd of little roboticists at the 2021 RoboCup Junior Queensland State Championships at The University of Queensland.

RoboCup fosters the learning of technical skills including programming, engineering and technical reporting through competitive challenges for primary and senior school students.

The event encourages collaboration, further education and provide students with a platform to “give it a go” and have fun.

The Robotics and Autonomous Systems Group is proud to have been part of this event for the fourth year.
