VISA Letters

For visa letters, please send a request to the Local Arrangements Chair, Dr. Wei Bao (wei.bao@sydney.edu.au).

Letters will only be provided for speakers, committee members, and conference participants who have paid their registration fee.

In your request for a visa letter please include:

1. Your name as it appears on your passport.
2. Your gender.
3. Your current address.
4. Your registration confirmation number.
5. If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the sole author, or a co-author.

You will receive PDF of the letter, which can serve as a signed electronic version of the original letter. Please note we do not fax nor mail visa letters.
