Energy Resource Production & Processing

The Energy Resource Processing (ERP) research group focuses on developing new or improved technologies (e.g. chemicals, materials, tools and processes) or innovative solutions that would lead to improved process efficiency while ensuring the Australian industry is globally competitive and sustainable by maximising the value of Australia’s energy resources as well as preparing the industry in transitioning towards decarbonised economy.  Together with its collaborator and industry partners, this Group draws upon its capability in process chemistry and process intensification to address some of the key challenges facing the industry.
