In-situ Storytelling
Situated Storytelling with SLAM Enabled Augmented Reality
In this project we investigate how SLAM-based Augmented Reality (AR) mobile phone technology can be used to enable a unique user experience in location-based storytelling scenarios. Through user centred design we development and test an application for the context of museum and heritage storytelling. The findings of this research contribute towards definition of design guidelines on how mobile phone based AR can be used for location-based storytelling purposes.
