When flow chemist Prof. Oliver Kappe, Uni. Graz, came to visit, we took him on a sneak tour of the almost finished FloWorks facility. From small hoods (FC), medium-sized double-sided hoods (VC), to walk-in reactor rooms (RR), FloWorks will facilitate training for students, as well as process transfer from the bench to pilot-scale production.

CSIRO launches its new FloWorks Centre for Industrial Flow Chemistry today in Clayton. The Centre, which houses state-of-the-art flow chemistry equipment from small to industrial scale, will help make this novel technology accessible to industry and other research bodies.
