We are the current maintainers of the Connie3 website, which allows researchers to explore connectivity in marine environments

We took over operation and maintenance of the OzCoasts website and data services from our collaborators at GeoScience Australia in 2018

GEO AquaWatch Website (2017 – 2020)

We created a website for the GEO AquaWatch initiative in 2017, and handed it over to NOAA in 2020

The Australian-waters Earth Observation Phytoplankton-type products website hosted data for the calibration and validation of regional algorithms

SIMA-Austral (2016-2018)

The Coastal Informatics team worked on the data delivery and visualisation components of the SIMA-Austral platform, and on its embedded decision support tools.

AusCover (2016 – 2019)

Members of the Coastal Informatics team worked on the data services and web infrastructure for the TERN AusCover facility that is now TERN Landscapes

SEAView2 (2015-2023)

The SEAView website was a portal for accessing and exploring libraries of run-results from Atlantis and InVitro "whole of system" modelling projects from around Australia.

GEO Blue Planet Website (2015 – 2020)

We created a website for the GEO Blue Planet initiative in 2015, and handed it over to NOAA in 2020

Slacks Creek Catchment Recovery Website (2014 – 2021)

In 2015, we created a website for the Slacks Creek Catchment Recovery Project that was being managed by Logan City Council

IPBC Website (2014 – 2021)

We created an early version of the International Partnership for Blue Carbon website

Coastal Cluster Website (2013-2024)

The Coastal Collaboration Cluster was a 3-year cooperative research program aiming to identify the key social and institutional barriers and enablers to the uptake of science in the management of the coastal zone.

TERN Australian Coastal Ecosystems Facility (2013 – 2017)

The Australian Coastal Ecosystems Facility (ACEF) was a facility of the Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Infrastructure (TERN) from 2013 to 2017 that aimed at enabling long-term collection and distribution of key coastal datasets for use in making policy and management decisions about the protection and use of Australia’s coastal assets.

eReefs (2011 – present)

Our team works on the RECOM and Data Access and Visualisation components of the eReefs platform

Coastal Research Portal (2011-2023)

The Coastal Research Web Portal showed how much coastal research work was happening in Australia, where it was based, and which agencies were carrying it out
