CASDA Update 12th Nov 2020

A new version of CASDA (v1.13) was released on Nov 12 2020.

Developments to CASDA in this release include:

  • Validation and release pages moved to new DAP UI
  • Script to allow bulk validation and release of observations
  • Lightweight URL endpoint for CASDA events (using VOEvent)
  • Support for new data-types: background images/cubes
  • Various bug fixes.

As part of this release, CASDA now provides a lightweight URL endpoint for users to discover CASDA related events, such as data releases and deposits. It can be filtered by time (of the event in CASDA), type of event, project code and scheduling block ID. See the services page for more details.
