The imaging station is a high performance desktop computer equipped with a 32 inch monitor and running licensed versions of Leica LASX and Zeiss ZEN 2.6 softwares.  This workstation is connected to the CSIRO network and provides access to the same software as used for image acquisition on our Leica SP8 confocal and Zeiss AxioM1 and StereoLumarV12 wide field systems for image analysis and quantification operations, or time consuming image processing such as deconvolution.
