Geospatial Plugin

The Geospatial plugin provides a suite of operations and data types for interacting with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and the data associated with them. Building upon the Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL), the Workspace Geospatial Plugin allows users to ingest and process geospatial datasets such as GeoTIFF files and geo-referenced NetCDF files in their workflows. Users are also able to ingest a number of web service standards published by the Open Geospatial Consortium, such as Web Mapping Services (WMS) and Web Coverage Services (WCS). The Geospatial Plugin is freely available for public download on the CSIRO Data Access Portal.
