Purpose: To promote dialogue and sense-making across the APS regarding the role of government in the emerging digital economy.
Aims:
- Raise awareness of emerging digital technologies, and global trends shaping the development and adoption of digital technology
- Explore and evaluate preliminary scenarios describing the impact of digital technologies on Australian business and economy
- Identify important strategic policy areas and initiatives that might help businesses embrace opportunities and manage risks associated with new and emerging digital technologies
