  • Tell us a bit about yourself?

    I am working on the framework which enables the blockchain-based energy trading. I explore this from the perspective of software architecture, primarily on the design patterns for smart contracts to manage the logic as well as the data storage.

    What are some of your personal highlights?

    I am proud to bring the unique properties of blockchain into traditional domains and address the common design issues faced by developers.

    What attracted you to apply for a scholarship with CSIRO’s Data61?

    The most appealing thing for me about CSIRO's Data61 is its broad and meaningful engagement. Researchers are conducting world-leading research and using their knowledge to collaborate closely with the industry and universities. During my previous degree, I have done multiple courses lectured by Data61 researchers, and the content was of high quality. I appreciate their expertise and efforts to always bring the state-of-the-art technologies into the industry and teaching.

    What is the highlight of your experience so far with CSIRO’s Data61?

    It is a fantastic experience to be supervised by the scientists from Data61. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is inspiring for me to tackle the research problems under their supervision.

    Why do you like working at CSIRO’s Data61?

    I enjoy the values of Data61, and I can strongly feel that we are really making significant changes towards people's wellbeing.
