Open tours at the Clayton HRI lab (March-June 2025)

The Human-Robot Interaction team hosted a number of open tours and presentations at the Clayton Robotics HRI indoor lab. These tours help us share our work with a wider audience from both academia and industry.

Below we highlight three Clayton HRI lab tours between March and June 2025.

Next Gen Graduate Program lab tour on 3 Jun 2025

About 60 attendees from the CSIRO Next Generation Graduates Program (https://www.csiro.au/en/work-with-us/funding-programs/funding/next-generation-graduates-programs) visited the HRI lab on 3 Jun 2025 as part of the two-day event, including PhD students and their supervisors from academia and industry.

RTCML25 lab tour on 28 Mar 2025

The HRI lab participated in the open lab tours at the CSIRO Cutting Edge Symposium on Real Time Control Decisions using Machine Learning (RTCML25: https://wp.csiro.au/rtcml25/). Around 70 attendees from academia and industry, mainly in manufacturing-related sectors, visited the lab.

HRI 2025 Conference lab tour on 7 Mar 2025

The HRI lab participated in the open lab tours at the 20th ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction (HRI 2025: https://humanrobotinteraction.org/2025/). Around 30 attendees from the international research community visited the lab.
