As a Senior Innovation Broker in CSIROs Agriculture and Food Sustainability Research Program, Jennifer designs and experiments different agriculture innovation and collaboration processes for enhanced impact from research. Jennifer has worked on projects exploring how agri-food systems innovation research and practice can work together to accelerate and scale the impact of agricultural research in Australia, Southeast Asia, the Pacific and East Africa. By analysing the different innovation system dynamics, Jennifer identifies opportunities for collaboration and catalyses processes that facilitates connections between different innovation system actors.
In the Soil management in Pacific Islands project, Jennifer analysed the dynamics of the different knowledge systems in Fiji and Tonga and identified opportunities to pilot different extension approaches aimed at enhancing the uptake of key research findings and research outputs from the project.
Jennifer is an accredited Partnership Broker with expertise in innovation systems, capacity building and program planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
