Values: Summary of Assessment Findings

Pollinators are diverse and provide a wide range of benefits for people and industries throughout the world.  Crop dependency, global agriculture, nutritional and medicinal benefits, all add to the global economic value by pollinators.  Values of pollinators extend to sources of inspiration and culture. Its significance for Indigenous and local knowledge systems, is of particular importance in sustainability.
