Software simulations are routinely used by our engineers to test ‘what-if’ scenarios on the desktop before any action is taken in the plant. This not only saves time and money by eliminating costly trial and error in the plant, but also allows the optimisation capabilities of the software packages to determine the most suitable process parameters for any given desired outcome, for example increased yield.
