We partner with small & large companies, students and universities in Australia and around the world to develop and mature imaging and computer vision technologies from concept to commercialisation.

Start-ups

Newly created companies might not have all the necessary expertise or might need to accelerate their R&D. We can help by collaborating on technology development by licensing some of our technologies, or by connecting you with our network of investors and research collaborators.

Commercial partnerships

Our platform technologies for computer vision and image analytics can be quickly tailored and deployed for specific applications within small and large businesses. We also have opportunities for secondment of our staff and/or to host visitors within our teams.

Investors

We have in-house expertise as well as an extended network of collaborators in AI, computer vision, machine learning, and imaging technologies. With a pipeline of technologies at different TRLs, we are often consulted to assess projects or discuss potential business opportunities.

Universities

We have opportunities for student co-supervision, co-publications, involvement in grant leadership (e.g. NHMRC, ARC, CRC), and/or to host visiting scientist within our teams (up to 6 months).

Students

We offer opportunities for students in the following areas: machine learning, image processing, software engineering, AR/VR, computer vision.

Honours and Masters projects

We are always welcoming motivated students to work with us during their study project. We have plenty of exciting challenges from our project portfolio that create the perfect environment to interact with scientists and companies, creating real impact.

PhD projects

We have plenty of opportunities for motivated post-graduate students to work on exciting scientific projects in collaboration with Australian Universities where the degree will be delivered. Limited scholarships and top-ups are available for exceptional candidates with top grades.
