Funding:
HEA: AUD$500,000
CSIRO: AUD$500,000

Project total cost:
AUD$1,000,000

Project summary description:
The project is to establish Australia’s first specialised research facility and capability dedicated to handling and processing hydrogen at cryogenic conditions relevant to industrial settings. The facility will be configured to suit the research needs associated to ortho-para hydrogen conversion. This unique facility will also be made available for other scientific and engineering research as well as offering a training facility for enhancing local expertise and skill-base both in science and engineering related to hydrogen liquefaction, storage and transportation.
