Project summary description:
The main objective of this project is to identify and test a selected number of elastomers used in the gas infrastructure to better predict how the transition to hydrogen will influence elastomer service life. A specific outcome of this project is to develop a suite of tests suitable to determine elastomer compatibility with hydrogen, leading to more certainty regarding residual lifecycle management.
