Australia’s diverse food and agribusiness industry consists of agriculture, food and beverage manufacturing, and areas such as aquaculture and fishing. When considering domestic consumption and export components of GDP the industry is estimated to have contributed 11% or $187 billion towards Australia’s GDP in 2018.
