Sub-project 4 – November 2019

User testing of the SPREAD application is underway to ensure that the look and feel of the product will suit the end users, which will be jurisdictional staff. The first ‘customer’ is Victoria with others to follow once development of the minimum viable product is completed, and after a national roadshow has been held to gain input and comments from other jurisdictions.

In the event of an outbreak, the SPREAD application will use data in real time to assist in answering the question ‘Where has the disease come from?’ and to help track virus movement.
