On the news: Farming Forecaster app uses CSIRO modelling to improve stock, feed decision-making
Our Cyber-Physical Data team has been working with partners within the Cyber-Physical Systems research program as well as the Pasture API project teams from CSIRO’s Agriculture and Food business unit to assist the The Monaro Farming Systems group launch a website which displays seasonal pasture forecast data generated using our Senaps platform.
The main benefits of this website include helping farmers manage stocking rates and feed budgets as it offers offers more accurate feed budgeting data; as well as assisting a livestock producer to reduce the risk of his farming decisions.
