Baseline visualisation of heat distribution across Sydney Science Park

The video presents a visualisation of spatial changes in air temperature, wind speed and wind direction changes across Sydney Science Park (Western Sydney) for December 8 and 9, 2023.

Microclimatic variability across the Sydney Science Park was documented from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024 with the video showing the two hottest days of the 2023-24 summer. The final report is available here: https://doi.org/10.26183/ddm5-2s42. This mapping helps support heat mitigation planning for the development site and improves liveability for future residents.
