CSIRO is hiring in quantum

Australia’s emerging quantum technology sector could support 19,400 jobs and create nearly $6 billion annual revenue by 2045, according to CSIRO’s Growing Australia’s Quantum Technology Industry roadmap. CSIRO recognises the opportunity and the impetus to move fast, and has invested heavily to both leverage and extend existing strengths (eg quantum modelling, and quantum materials, sensing, and devices) and to build in new areas of strength (eg responsible innovation, quantum biology, quantum security, and quantum communications). The Quantum Technologies FSP is part of this investment, amongst other new initiatives across the organisation, to grow our capabilities and strengthen our global position in the quantum space.
